Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
Our Textile Hangers are custom made when you order them. They are non-refundable and are not returnable. If you receive one that is damaged in shipment, we will pay for return shipping and replace the hanger.
I want you to be happy with our products, if you have any questions regarding any of our products, please contact me.
If we made a mistake in the order, we will pay for return shipping to replace the item only.
Any returned items that are not custom orders (such as HiyaHiya Knitting Needles) must be in original and resalable condition. This includes commercial packaging that the item was shipped in.
Payment must clear before shipment.
Colorado residents are charged 4.9% tax
All items are shipped FREE to the United States only.
Orders will be sent USPS First Class if under 14 ounces, and Priority Mail or UPS for heavier packages.
Please make sure your address is correct if using PayPal or Google or enter the correct address on your order.
I package in boxes or bubble wrap depending on the product.
I will ship using other carriers at customer's request.
